Banner Health is looking for an IT Telecom Analyst to join their Customer Relations team in Tucson, AZ. This team is responsible for meeting the telecommunication needs of all non-acute Banner facilities. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, installation and repair of all phone and phone systems. This position will also work on acquistion projects as needed. This position will support facilities throughout Arizona and will require travel with reliable transportation.
The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications:
Experience installing and troubleshooting telecommunication hardware and software in a large enterprise.
Healthcare experience preferred

This position provides first-contact customer service for requests to acquire and/or install telecommunication hardware and software. Responds to customer inquiries and requests related to scheduling of work and purchasing of phone and phone related supplements. Reviews telecommunication service requests, determines requirements and coordinates course of action with customers, technical support, contractors and vendors. Ensures requests are in accordance to policies, procedures, standards and budget guidelines.
