Mercy Health is looking for an Infection Control Nurse for their hospitals in Muskegon, MI. Maintains infection control program, according to established policy. Performs routine educative, consultative and investigative functions.
This position is located in our Westshore Professional Building on our Mercy Campus in Muskegon, MI and will provide coverage between both of our hospital setting locations in the Muskegon area at Hackley and the Mercy Campus.
Five years of nursing experience, preferable in infection control or at least 2 years minimum exp with Infection Control.
? Specialized training in microbiology, epidemiology and statistical method is preferred. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) required to obtain within 2 years of hire date (which also requires a BSN to obtain the certification).
2 openings. Employer will assist with relocation costs.
