Introduction: Banner Health is looking for a Customer Experience Program Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience Strategy & Insights team at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The Customer Experience Strategy & Insights team leads the Customer Experience (CX) program which focuses on gathering feedback from our customers, learning from what our customers are saying, and taking action to improve the end-to-end healthcare experience at Banner Health. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to our patients and their loved ones. He/she should excel at balancing multiple priorities with competing deadlines, be a persuasive influencer, and feel comfortable presenting information to stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Some travel (in state & out of state) is required.

This position supports the day-to-day internal and external operations of the Voice Of the Customer (VOC) survey program. The position is responsible for program performance by proactively improving the effectiveness of survey processes, workflows and dashboard design and functionality. This position will support ongoing tracking and trending of customer feedback and program performance data while monitoring and responding to internal stakeholder and external customer inquiries.
