Clinical Care Operations is the hub of patient management for the campus. Several employee groups report to this department, including clinical positions such as RN House Senior Managers, SWAT RNs, and Resource Team (RNs, NAs, PCAs, and HUCs) plus non-clinical roles such as Transport, Staffers, Dispatchers, Placement Reps, and Spiritual Care.
Clinical Care Operations [CCO] provides relief staffing to our clinical departments. Nursing Assistants in CCO are utilized to support augment the clinical needs or our varying departments [ICU, Progressive Care, MedSurg, PACU, Medical Imaging and ED, etc.], This position is required to float to areas of expertise within these service lines.
The successful candidate will have:
A valid AZ CNA or LNA state lic-required
Current BLS certification-required
1year CNA PCU/Tele experience with telemetry proficiency-preffered
Critical care experience-preferred
