This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Cath Lab to work full time 36 hour Days, 12 hour shift 6:30 to 7p. Call is required 1 to 2 nights a week and rotating weekend call. Registered Nurse with prior Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU or ED RN experience required. AZ RN license, ACLS and BLS are required.
About Banner Thunderbird Center's Cardiac Cath Lab:
We care for adults.
We perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, diagnostic and interventional peripheral procedures, Electrophysiology procedures, pacemakers, ICD's and Loop recorders.
We have three diagnostic and interventional rooms and one electrophysiology room.
The Cath Lab Department has a dedicated team comprised of Physicians, RNs, and Radiological Technologists.
Each room is staffed with either two nurses and tech or two techs and a nurse. Nurses and techs scrub and monitor.
Staff are committed to delivering professional, compassionate care.
The nurses and techs are involved in Shared Leadership to lead change and process improvements to implement evidenced based practices to support and improve the highest quality of patient outcomes.
Our hours of operation are 0630-1900 Monday through Friday with staff available on call during off hours.
The staff work 12 hour shifts.
