We are recruiting for a Senior Director, Quality and Client Experience to join our Kindred Rehab Services Division.
The incumbent shall be responsible for direct engagement with clients in partnership with Kindred Rehab Services (KRS) clinical and operations leaders, in engaging and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization and increasing partner loyalty and retention.
Aware of partner organizations needs in relation to provision of KRS services
Familiar with partner's key players
Identifies critical issues at individual, divisional and national levels for client and provides solutions
Works in close partnership with clinical and operational leaders to insure follow up and support necessary to exceed client expectations
Attends client's meetings when applicable
Monitors projects against milestone; helps to keep client informed along with team
Maintains the Client Management System to insure accounts are up to date and maintained
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous experience with client management of multi site organization
Ability to meet deadlines and see tasks through conclusion
Must be able to travel 50% of the time
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or other related field.
10+ years of business experience in a healthcare setting. Preferably within a business development and/or sales setting where the individual is responsible for client retention and quality.
