Benefis Health System, located in Great Falls, Montana is seeking an Internal Medicine Program Developer/Director for a new Internal Medicine Residency Program. This is a unique opportunity to create an innovative internal medicine residency program with a clear mission to train internists for our region and the rural areas surrounding us.

Responsibilities of Internal Medicine Program Developer/Director
Building, leading, administering, and supervising all aspects of this Internal Medicine Residency Program
Complying with ACGME Program Requirements including curriculum and faculty development
Developing standards, quality and reputation of the Internal Medicine Residency Program
50% clinical practice time and 50% protected time for administrative duties
Requirements of Internal Medicine Program Director:
Current board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine
Minimum of five years of experience as teaching faculty in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency program
Minimum of three years administrative experience in graduate medical education
