As a Facilities Performance Consultant you will leverage business intelligence tools through the management of performance scorecards, metrics, and benchmarking for our Facilities Department. An ideal Facilities Performance Consultant will have working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau , advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables), an understanding of data hierarchy, and how to best represent, illustrate, and showcase various data sets for improved efficiency within both financial and operational performance objectives. This position leads the development, analysis, benchmarking, preparation of reporting, and measurement of key performance indicators to achieve overall department goals and objectives. Support system level. Responsible for documenting standards, practices, and procedures. Supports documentation, training and auditing of enterprise level initiatives. CORE FUNCTIONS 1. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve services, processes or products. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience. Data Analytics certification such as CAP preferred. Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
