As a Facilities Performance Consultant you will leverage business intelligence tools through the management of performance scorecards, metrics, and benchmarking for our Facilities Department. An ideal Facilities Performance Consultant will have working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau , advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables), an understanding of data hierarchy, and how to best represent, illustrate, and showcase various data sets for improved efficiency within both financial and operational performance objectives. This position provides Flex-Work options with the ability to Work from Home, remotely, and/or in the facility when it is safe to return.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides analytical support for the financial positioning and operational performance of Facilities Operations for the enterprise. This position leads the development, analysis, benchmarking, preparation of reporting, and measurement of key performance indicators to achieve overall department goals and objectives. Support system level. Responsible for documenting standards, practices, and procedures. Supports documentation, training and auditing of enterprise level initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Significant experience, typically gained through seven plus years relevant experience.
Excellent working knowledge of typical word processing, spreadsheet and/or database applications is required. Good organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, process documentation, communication and human relation skills are required. Must be proficient in the use of sophisticated software programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Data Analytics certification such as CAP preferred.
