POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the collection and verification of contract related data requirements used to meet continuing state and federal obligations and contract essentials. This position will gather required contract data used for quality assurance and consistent use of system processes and standards. Responsible for general database maintenance and quality control of database information. Will work on various legal operations projects.

2. Uses a variety of existing procedures and guidance from others to solve straightforward problems. Drafts, reviews, and analyzes data specific to department.
3. Acts as a liaison to resolve any conflict between supervisors and employees regarding department or function specific work assignments. Responds to standard requests from internal and/ or external customers. Interacts with primarily with department peers, supervisor, internal customers, patients and physicians.
4. Works within technical guidelines and direction to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Has completed work reviewed by supervisor or physician.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge.
Working knowledge and abilities as to data generation and analysis, as well as clerical and administrative services as normally demonstrated through three years of analyst and/or administrative support experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
