This is a Per Diem (as needed) position working day shift, 7am-7pm at NW Houghton Hospital in the Tele department. PurposeExamines heartbeat patterns on electrocardiograph monitors. Makes note of irregular rhythms and monitors changes in heartbeat. Ensures that monitors are functioning properly. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred and at least 1 year of experience in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
