Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full time Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the Radiology Department at Morristown Medical Center. There is On-Call with the role and weekends as needed.
Prepares patient for examination
Monitors patients physical condition throughout procedure
Monitors equipment operation and scanning set-up
Demonstrates the ability to support imaging procedural flow collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in a timely and efficient manner
Effectively communicates, maintains, and records quality measures for equipment maintenance
Proficient in documentation in the electronic health medical records, Sectra and API Healthcare
Performs high level of sterile technique and maintains infection prevention standards
Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with all customers, exhibits and promotes AHS PRIDE VALUES and adheres to all policies and procedures of AHS
BS in Nuclear Medicine or a Graduate of an approved RT and Nuclear Medicine Program
NJ State License (DEP) required
Certification in Nuclear Medicine required
1+ year of Nuclear Medicine experience strongly preferred
