Under the general direction of the Facility Services Manager maintains all regulatory information.Â Will be apart of all inspections and surveys to provide all required reports and inspection records.Â Also plans, organizes and performs a wide variety of administrative to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent is required.
Must have a valid Ohio Driverâ€™s License.
Experience: Requires a minimum of two (2) years of secretarial experience including typing, various and office procedures. Knowledge of computers and programs such as Word, Excel and other Mircosoft products is required.
Skills: Typing, file management, phone etiquette and the ability to communicate well with customer both verbally and in written communication.Â Must have the ability to run computer programs including Word, Excel Outlook,Internet Explorer, PMM purchasing system, Laborwx, AIMS, Guard Card (ID badge system) and FM Works.Â Must have a working knowledge of modern office equipment such as copiers, digital camera, badge printer, computer printers and fax machines. Enters work order data and PMâ€™s on the computer system.Â
