The role you’ll contribute:
The Senior Specialist for Brand Operations assists the Director of Brand Operations and respective team leaders in the day-to-day administration of several work streams. Campaigns, Brand Assets, Media Operations and Account Strategy. This individual will support AdventHealth’s enterprise-wide asset management system, ensuring all assets are aligned with the company’s marketing strategies and within brand guidelines. He/She also helps facilitate the advertising and media enterprise agreements for AdventHealth and the Central Florida Division, enabling the smooth placement of hundreds of media orders at any giving time. This person will also work with the Account Strategy team in support of key corporate-based departments, helping to define and execute marketing strategies and acting as a primary liaison between the client and our internal marketing resources. The Senior Specialist for Brand Operations must posses strong analytical and organizational skills and could strategically support operational practices with organizational goals. As well, he/she should be able to work independently and make operational decisions in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. This is a department role that requires good communication skills, an intuitive proficiency in new technologies and a desire to provide excellent customer service. The position reports to the Director of Brand Operations.
·Oversee and ensure that content uploaded to asset management system is in alignment withbrand standards and campaign messagingstrategies.
·Train users, and monitor quality by studying, evaluating and re-designing processes, recommending asset management changes, asappropriate.
·Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for various broadcast, digital and media outlets, facilitating communication and implementation with market leaders and agency representatives.
·Plan and execute annual media plans for multiple markets.
·Provide day-to-day support to corporate-based accounts in collaboration with leadership, reinforcing the organization’s overall strategic positioning-ensuring consistency of brand positioning.
·Establish communication strategies for system advertising campaigns, working across the organization to ensure employees have timely knowledge into our Marketing campaigns.
·Build,developandgrowbusinessrelationshipsvitaltothesuccessofthe department,to include all levels of leadership from across the system, and external vendors and stakeholders.
